Transplant Patient Education Series
The University of Maryland Medical Center has launched a series of free educational programs for transplant patients, which includes liver, kidney, pancreas, heart and lung transplant patients.
These monthly programs feature speakers and presentations on topics of interest to transplant and potential transplant patients. There is time for questions, discussion and meeting other patients at the end of each program, and a light dinner is served.
Patients and caregivers interested in learning more about transplantation at UMMC are welcome to attend.
