Biography:

Michael McCurdy, M.D. is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care. He primarily works clinically in the Medical ICU and serves as the Director of the Critical Care and Procedure Consult Service. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine and is board eligible in Critical Care Medicine. He is also an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and continues to work clinically in the Emergency Department.

Dr. McCurdy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio. He completed his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident and completed his fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine.
