Patient Battles Pulmonary Fibrosis and Wins
In 2011, Hamish Osborne, an avid golfer, found it physically difficult to get through a round of golf. He made an appointment with a pulmonologist, who confirmed that he had pulmonary fibrosis. A lung transplantation at the University of Maryland Medical Center saved his life.
