The University of Maryland Medical Center's IBD Program is a first-rate, comprehensive center of excellence in the treatment and care of patients with IBD. The program is set apart by its multidisciplinary approach to care. Most clinic sessions include gastroenterologists and surgeons working side by side.
Our gastroenterology specialists offer both routine and advanced endoscopic procedures on-site. Our program has a comprehensive group of endoscopists with expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic biliary endoscopy, endoscopic rectal ultrasound, therapeutic endoscopy and capsule endoscopy.
In addition to nutritionist-guided evaluations, other resources on-site include infusion services, smoking cessation counseling and wound ostomy care. Visit the links below for more information on conditions, treatments and women’s health.
