Salary and Benefits

Salary and benefits information is available through the office of Graduate Medical Education.

Research by fellows is encouraged, and additional days of academic leave and financial support may be granted for fellows who present original scientific papers that they have authored and that will be submitted for peer-reviewed publication.

The Maryland Radiological Society (MRS), featuring nationally prominent speakers, meets biannually and focuses on a specific area of radiology. The MRS provides a featured section for residents and fellows in training, including information on the job market.

To obtain certification for their training, fellows are expected to complete the entire 52 weeks of their appointments.
