Lorraine Canham, M.D.
Medical School: The Ohio State University College of Medicine
A little about myself. . .
I grew up in Northeast Ohio in a small city called Canfield before attending undergrad at the University of Pittsburgh. I completed a neuroscience major and history minor, for which I spent time in England and Scotland studying medical history. I returned to my home state to attend medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. While I was initially undecided about which specialty to pursue, I quickly fell in love with pediatrics. I am looking forward to working with my new pediatric co-residents and the faculty at the University of Maryland Medical Center!
Outside of medicine, I enjoy playing volleyball, watching football (go Browns!) and soccer, reading, and attending theater and opera productions, particularly when my younger sister is on the stage. I also love to travel and have been to 12 countries to date. My husband and I are excited to explore the sights and sounds of our new home in Baltimore!
