Only applications sent through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) will be accepted.
To be considered for selection, we must have the following:
- The completed ERAS application form
- A personal statement
- Three to four letters of recommendation from faculty who are well acquainted with you from medical school (or your current training program)
- A Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
- A medical school transcript
- Your score on Parts I (and II, if available) of the USMLE and the CSA
Selected applicants will be invited for personal interviews which offer an opportunity to tour our facilities and meet with many of our faculty and residents. An interview is a prerequisite for ranking by our department in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
Information for applicants from osteopathic schools:
- We accept COMLEX scores (instead of or in addition to USMLE scores)
- Our program has helped multiple previous graduates to receive recognition from the American Osteopathic Association (through resolution 42) for their PGY-1 year in our program.

- Full-day Annual Retreats are held for PL1's, PL2's, and PL3's.
