Quality Improvement

Quality or Practice Improvement activities may include, but are not limited to, lectures, seminars, conferences, or a quality improvement project. Residents and fellows may participate in a departmental, team, or personal quality improvement activities.

A manual developed by faculty from Case Western Reserve and George Mason Universities is provided to assist you in guiding your residents in developing a personal Quality Improvement Project.

Here are a number of other resources that may also be useful to you in the development and implementation of program's approach to competency and outcomes assessment and improvement.
