Nearly 60,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with kidney cancer each year. Viewers of this program will learn about kidney cancer risk factors, symptoms, and some new treatment options that have been developed in recent years.

Dr. Michael Phelan, a urologist at the University of Maryland Medical Center and an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Phelan is also part of the Greenebaum Cancer Center team of specialists.
