Venografía de la pierna

La venografía de la pierna es un procedimiento en el que se inyecta en una vena un medio de contraste a través de un catéter para poder visualizar las estructuras internas por medio de rayos X. Este examen se utiliza para identificar y localizar trombos (coágulos sanguíneos) en las venas de la extremidad afectada.
