Picadura de medusa

Entre los síntomas de picadura de un animal marino se pueden nombrar dolor, ardor, inflamación, enrojecimiento y sangrado. Para tratar una picadura se debe mantener inmóvil al paciente y eliminar los aguijones o tentáculos con una toalla o arena, teniendo cuidado de no tocarlos. Se debe lavar el área con agua salada y, en algunos casos, se recomienda remojar la herida en agua caliente.
