Examen de ultrasonido Dúplex/doppler

El examen de ultrasonido dúplex/doppler examina el flujo sanguíneo en las principales arterias y venas en los brazos y las piernas. El examen utiliza ultrasonografía dúplex para visualizar el flujo sanguíneo y la ultrasonografía doppler constituye un medio audio para escuchar el flujo sanguíneo. Este examen se realiza como alternativa a la arteriografía y venografía y puede ayudar a diagnosticar anomalías en una arteria o vena.
