Lleve uno de los codos al otro lado del cuerpo, hacia el hombro opuesto, utilizando la otra mano para acercarlo más a dicho hombro. Mantenga esta posición por 10 a 20 segundos y luego cambie de lado.

Método alterno: eleve el brazo sobre la cabeza y doble el codo completamente de tal manera que la mano quede por detrás del cuello, utilizando el otro brazo para estabilizar el codo.
