Esclerosis tuberosa; angiofibromas de la cara

Estas son las lesiones cutáneas elevadas (pápulas) y eritematosas, compuestas de tejido fibroso (angiofibromas), que se presentan en la esclerosis tuberosa, una enfermedad que afecta el sistema nervioso y la piel (neurocutánea). Esta enfermedad también puede producir otras lesiones como: manchas de zapa, máculas en hojas de fresno y fibromas periungueales (un tipo de tumor cutáneo).
