Cámaras del corazón

El corazón contiene 4 cámaras en las cuales fluye la sangre. La sangre entra en la aurícula derecha y pasa a través del ventrículo derecho, el cual bombea la sangre a los pulmones donde ésta se oxigena. La sangre oxigenada es traída de nuevo al corazón por medio de las venas pulmonares que entran a la aurícula izquierda. De allí, la sangre fluye al ventrículo izquierdo, el cual la bombea hacia la aorta que distribuye sangre oxigenada a todas las partes del cuerpo.
