Acercamiento de lesiones por dermatitis herpetiforme

La dermatitis herpetiforme es una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica que presenta lesiones acompañadas de intenso ardor y prurito. Ésta es una vista de cerca de las lesiones de la dermatitis herpetiforme, las cuales son rojas o eritematosas y pueden ser papulares (algo elevadas), pustulosas (con pus) o tener ampollas o vesículas. La enfermedad se manifiesta súbitamente y puede durar semanas o meses. Sus posibles causas son la sensibilidad y alergia al gluten, que es una proteína del trigo.
