Cómo realizar la respiración con los labios fruncidos:

1. Inspire (inhale) lentamente a través de su nariz en dos tiempos.

2. Sienta cómo se agranda el vientre a medida que inhala.

3. Frunza los labios, como si fuera a silbar o a apagar una vela.

4. Espire (exhale) lentamente a través de los labios en cuatro o más tiempos.

Exhale normalmente. No fuerce el aire a salir. No contenga la respiración cuando esté respirando con los labios fruncidos. Repita estos pasos hasta que su respiración se calme.
