Es una masa blanda de tejidos (granuloma) similar a un tumor que se presenta en personas con sífilis.

Causas

Una goma es causada por las bacterias que causan la sífilis y aparece durante la sífilis terciaria en etapa tardía. Generalmente, contiene una masa de tejido edematizado y muerto, de apariencia fibrosa y ocurre con mayor frecuencia en el hígado. También se puede presentar en:
