Surgery Patients Who Received Appropriate Venous Thrombo Embolism Prophylaxis
Certain surgeries can increase patients' risk of developing blood clots. To prevent blood clots from forming, doctors often prescribe a specific treatment to be given to these patients within 24 hours before or after their surgery.
